We have designed, manufactured, containerized & shipped scores of kit homes up & down the American coastal seaboard, the Caribbean islands, the mountains & lakes from Alaska to Argentina... They have proven to be hurricane, tornado & earthquake resistant.  In fact, our unique geodesic dome houses can withstand winds up to 175 mph.  These high values are achieved due to our specialized engineering skills & architectural designs, honed & refined over the past 35 years by on hands construction through our parent company of California Builders, Inc. located near Washington, DC.

All are homes are designed to be built with-out load bearing interior partitions, so you can design the interiors anyway you like.  Our wind resistant homes for tropical areas include high impact wind velocity resistant windows & 2x6 exterior stud walls 16” on center with real plywood sub-siding & roof sheathing anchored by our special metal connectors.  Cedar look “Hardi” siding & metal roofing are available to make your home maintenance free.  In tropical areas all the framing members are available in pressure treated materials with rust proof nailing packages.

All our kits include free architectural design & engineering services by certified structural engineers as part of the shell kit lumber package, so you may be assured that everything is engineered properly to meet all the latest International Residential Building Codes. Our company president is an AIA Assoc Architect with extensive construction experience & knowledge.  All the floor plans include complete structural framing plans & detailed drawings of all the parts that comprise the kit package, plus they include a very detailed assembly manual showing how it all goes together for your local building contractor using standard american power tools such as framing guns, etc.

So feel free to design your own unique floor plan, we will convert it into a reality very economically & free of charge. We offer over 50  different Geodesic Dome, Round & Octagon Tree-Topper pedestal home models. We also offer hundreds of designs for Cabins, Cottages, Contemporary & Victorian Homes. Most of our sizes range from 500 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft. per level.
